Exchange of contracts

Your solicitor exchanges signed contracts with the seller's and your deposit is paid over. The purchase is now legally binding, and your completion date is fixed.

Completion!

The lender releases the funds, the property becomes yours, and you pick up the keys. And we keep monitoring rates right up to completion, so if a cheaper deal arises, we move you onto it.
