Quanstrom Financial is an independent, whole-of-market mortgage brokerage based in Eastbourne, East Sussex, working with clients across the UK. Founded in 2023 by Toby Quanstrom after more than a decade in the industry, first with high street banks and then with corporate mortgage brokerages, the firm was set up with one purpose: to give everyday clients direct access to specialist mortgage brokers, without the call centres, the tied product ranges or the one-size-fits-all advice that so often comes with them.

Since launching, Quanstrom Financial has arranged over £131 million in mortgages for more than 1,000 clients, searching over 90 lenders and 10,000 mortgage products to find the one that fits. The team brings together more than 30 years of combined experience across banking, broking, estate agency and new homes, and every case is handled by a qualified adviser from first conversation to completion.

We love working with first time buyers. There are few better parts of the job than handing someone the keys to their first home, and simplifying the process for people doing it for the first time is at the heart of what "Mortgages simplified" means. We also love getting our teeth into the complex cases: self-employed and limited company directors, NHS and medical professionals, visa holders, adverse credit, later life lending and buy to let. Cases other brokers turn away are often the ones we find most rewarding.
