As first time buyer, couldn't ask for a better experience. I phoned Toby, just out of curiosity, as I had know idea what I was doing, or whether I could even consider a mortgage. Toby was incredibly patient and knowledgeable, without him I wouldn't have even considered a mortgage at this stage. Consequently we have managed to buy the house we love and at a great rate! Professional, personable and patient, couldn't ask for a better advisor and I look forward to continuing to work with him.

Where do I start, Toby Quanstrom is a living legend!! Whether he is dead or alive he answers the phone to any query urgent or not. He has the patience of a saint and is prepared to go through spreadsheets a million times if needed to put your mind at ease. He is so good at his job he practically lives there.
