I'm a first-time buyer, Toby did a good job explaining the details of mortgages to me. He seems to know his field very well. At times he was slow to respond to emails, but he secured a mortgage for me despite my circumstances making me ineligible for most high-street lenders. I would recomed Toby to friends and family.

I have had 4 mortgage brokers on standby, all of which came highly recommended. However from my initial conversations with Toby, it was his friendly and personable approach that made him stand out. It is common to find knowledgeable mortgage brokers but it's rare to find someone that invests in communicating this knowledge clearly and as often as needed even if it's just for re-assurance. What I have come to appreciate the most is feeling like no question is too unimportant and that Toby will respond even while he's busy to say he'll get back to me.
