Hi, We would like to leave feedback for our mortgage advisor Toby who works in Eastbourne. We have met several mortgage advisors before we made decision to work with Toby. From the beginning Toby was very informative and clear with all the products we could choose from. He worked at our pace and processed all paperwork very fast. We were able to contact him at any time and he would always have time to answer our questions. We are very grateful for Toby's hard work, advice and support.

Toby has provided and absolutely incredible service, I have recommended him to pretty much everyone I know already as he has made what I thought to be a stressful journey so straight forward and simple! He has made this such a personal and memorable experience, I was so clueless being a first time buyer and can honestly say that he addressed every single one of my excessive questions aha! Very honestly, I do not think there is a better mortgage broker service than Toby's. From start to finish, the whole process was just the smoothest we have ever experienced. Not to say that Toby maintains the professionalism whilst at the same time makes it feel like a non formal process and an easy one to go through. Also, Toby kept us updated the whole time and is always available to answer our questions. We are first time buyers and we had a lot of queries to which Toby did not hesitate to answer promptly and clearly. Amazing service, if there were 10 stars, I'd give them. Keep up the amazing work!

Toby has been extremely helpful and responsive during my mortgage application process; I have had a million questions regarding our budget and have been running what if scenarios by him while we were looking for a property, all answered quickly and he’s able to jump on a call if anything needs more explanation. From our opening discussion through to the conclusion of our mortgage activities Toby has been superb. He listened to our ramblings on our needs. Explained fully all aspects of what we were trying to achieve. Clearly outlining the cost implications to us and absolutely made sure that we have a clear understanding at each stage of the process, continually updating us each step of the way. His priority was to find us the best and most appropriate deal for us. Which he did. Our communications with him were never rushed if by telephone and prompt responses if by email. He has provided us with outstanding service. We have within our family used him before (with the same outstanding service) and will continue to do so if the need arises in the future.

I was recommended to Toby by a friend that has used him on more that one occasion and was not disappointed. My house purchase had stalled with another lender due to it being a ‘specialty’ house, as it was listed. This proved not to be a problem to Toby, who instantly found me a new lender, AND came in at a lower interest rate as my previous lender. A job professionally and speedily done. He’s a keeper! Ps. My offer expired due to a delay in the purchase. Toby not only managed to get the offer extended for a further six months, he also has got the amount raised, as I recently had a pay rise. It’s a win, win, win.
